Education and Learning
Education programming is at the heart of DCPNI’s work to break the cycle of inter-generational poverty in Kenilworth-Parkside. Together with high quality, results-driven partners, we are working to transform educational outcomes for children from cradle to college and career.
Data and Evaluation
DCPNI places a heavy focus on collecting and using data in our work for a single reason: so that we can better serve the residents and students of the Kenilworth-Parkside community. Our belief is that having timely and accurate data to inform service delivery is a critical part to ensure that each and every resident and student in the community continues to receive high-quality services that improve over time.
Family and Community Engagement
In order for Kenilworth Parkside to be a community that looks and feels safe, has a variety of educational and job opportunities, and appropriate recreational, food and housing options, the community will need to develop a shared vision and a strategic generation-to-generation agenda for change.
Promise Mapping
Initiated in 2015, DCPNI’s Promise Mapping pathway is comprised of Promise Advocates, primarily with a professional clinically-trained background, who are responsible for monitoring, empowering, and enhancing Kenilworth-Parkside residents’ success in various community programs by assessing external risk factors through crisis management/intervention as appropriate to support program completion.
